Dynex TV Reviews- The Good:
Featured as an in house brand of Best Buy, Dynex is a modestly priced LCD collection and offers some bang for your buck. Many users were pleased overall with the product they received for the price paid when giving their feedback on Dynex. There were some claims that the picture quality was good for a modestly priced brand . One user got the TV to play games on their Xbox 360 and said that it accommodated well for his game playing needs. Others were satisfied with the sound quality from what we saw of most of the Dynex TV reviews. One reviewer stated that he used the Dynex LCD TV in his bedroom and that he could hear the sound perfectly fine with the volume set on half setting. There was another claim that the sound quality was better than the 50″ Samsung plasma that the person owned.

Dynex TV Reviews- The Bad:
After some digging around on the internet we did uncover some negative feedback on the Dynex LCD TV models. One user bought a 26″ 720p Dynex TV from Best Buy some time ago and said that he was not happy with his purchase validating his reasoning in admitting that the ATSC tuner was worthless. He also stated that the video is horrible when connecting his computer using a VGA cable. When trying to use the DVI to HDMI he was unable to get the sound working on his TV and reasoned that it was because there is no alternate audio input option.
Another user that has been an owner of a 32″ Dynex LCD for over three years claimed that he was experiencing a power cycling issue and that the TV would turn off. He also stated in his own words “Dynex is the in house brand for BestBuy and they don’t stand behind their own product” and added that you should view Dynex as a “short-lived” disposable TV and that they are manufactured that way.
Finally, other users stated that the picture quality is not great by any stretch. One reviewer said that the picture looked blurry and resembled “confetti graphics.” Another user had firmware issues and called technical support’s 800 number. This user went on with his Dynex TV review by saying even Dynex’s tech support admitted that firmware issues existed with the LCD set!
